Therapy / Adults

You keep ending up in the same place... and you can't see how you got there.

It might be the relationship that looked nothing like the last one and somehow feels exactly the same. It might be the yes that left your mouth before you had a chance to think about it. It might be the guilt that shows up every single time you choose yourself.

You don't need to arrive with any of it figured out. Most of the people I work with come in knowing that something is off and not much more than that... and that is plenty to start with.

My job is to notice the connections that are hard to see from inside your own life. We find the patterns together, and once you can see one, you get a say in what happens next.

If you already understand your patterns and keep living them anyway, you're in the right place too.

You bring what's happening. I'll help you see what connects it.

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • "I can't trust myself anymore."
  • "I feel responsible for everybody's feelings."
  • "I do it to keep the peace. It's not worth the fight."
  • "I feel guilty when I choose myself."
  • "I'm too sensitive."

What I Notice

I listen to what you say, and I pay just as much attention to what happens while you say it. Your shoulders rise when your mother comes up. Your voice gets lighter right as the story gets heavier. You smile while describing something that hurt you.

Most people have gone years without anyone catching those moments. When I name them, gently and out loud, something usually shifts... because your body has been telling the truth the whole time, and someone finally heard it.

Some people would call this somatic work. I think of it as listening to the body, which is something Indigenous and ancestral healers have done for a very long time, long before it had a clinical name. In session that might look like a few minutes of breathwork, a body scan, noticing where a feeling lives before we talk about it or, when it feels right and you want it, Reiki woven into our time together.

We also talk, think, untangle and laugh. You're a whole person, and the work should make room for all of you, including your culture, your spirituality and the different Parts of you that want very different things.

What to Expect

The practical side

  • Before we ever schedule a session, we have a free 15-minute consultation. It's a chance for both of us to get a feel for each other and see if this is a good fit.
  • Sessions are 55 minutes, usually weekly or every other week. 90-minute extended sessions are also available.
  • I'm licensed in New York and New Jersey, and you'll need to be located in one of those states during our sessions.
  • Sessions are $225 (extended sessions are $325).
  • I don't take insurance. If you'd like to seek out-of-network reimbursement, I can give you a superbill on request. Superbills include a diagnosis, and we can talk through what that means before you decide.

The human side

  • You don't have to perform wellness for me or have everything figured out before we start.
  • I won't pathologize your sensitivity, your spirituality, your neurodivergence or your complexity.
  • I will name what I notice, even when it's uncomfortable, because that's usually where things start to change.
  • You're allowed to show up exactly as stuck, confused, angry, spiritual, skeptical or ambivalent as you actually are.

Who This Is For

  • Neurodivergent adults who are tired of masking and burning out.
  • Highly sensitive adults who have been told their whole lives that they're "too much."
  • People-pleasers and over-functioners who take care of everyone except themselves.
  • Adults who keep finding themselves in the same kind of relationship and want to understand why.
  • People in the middle of becoming someone new, culturally, spiritually, relationally or professionally.
  • Adults healing from spiritual harm, religious trauma or betrayal by a spiritual leader.

Let's see if we're a fit.

Book a free 15-minute consultation. There's nothing to prepare. I'll ask a few questions, you can ask me anything, and we'll both know pretty quickly whether this feels right.
